The first thing you need to do if you want to grow is:
1° Have a dream,
A dream gives you direction.
2° Purpose gives you strength,
Purpose will be the reason that drives you to pursue your dream.
3° Discipline gives you the power to turn your vision into reality.
Discipline will be the resilience and motivation you have to keep fighting.
Obs.: Never stop dreaming, but remember: a dream without action is just a wish.
